1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days. Rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days. Rates vary and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
  • For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our customer service team for shipping rates and options.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your items, destination, and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50. Exclusions may apply.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
